Experience
Started his banking career since 1998 at The Korea Development Bank and held several important positions including in 2022 as General Manager at the Singapore Branch Office, in 2020 as Team Head Personnel Department, in 2019 as Team Head in Planning Department, in 2016 as Deputy General Manager at the Singapore Branch Office and several other positions in the Private Equity Department, M&A Department, Corporate Banking Department and Branch Office Manager at the Seocho Branch at the Managerial level.
Education
Completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Korea University, Korea in 1998 and completed his Postgraduate degree in Master of Business Administration from Emory University in 2010.

Basis of Appointment
Ratified as the Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the Deed of Meeting Resolutions Number 98 dated 15 March 2021. He has received approval from the Financial Services Authority for the Fit and Proper Test in accordance with Decree Number KEP-118/NB.11/2021 dated 1 March 2021.

He currently also served as President Commissioner at PT Pratama Abadi Industri.

As an Independent Commissioner of the Company, he has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors or Shareholders of the Company.
Experience
His career in several companies are during 1982-1989 as Senior Accountant in Sandong KPMG, as Investment Analyst in Korea Development Investment Cooperation during 1990-1992, as Head of Business Development in PT Hankook Ceramik during 1992-1995, as President Commissioner at PT Pratama Abadi Industri during 1995-2002, as President Director at PT Sinar Timur Industrindo during 2003-2016, as Independent Commissioner at PT Kiwoom Sekuritas Indonesia during 1999-2019 and since 2016, He has served as President Commissioner at PT Pratama Abadi Industri.
Education
He completed his education with a Bachelor of Business Administration at Korea University, Korea in 1980.

Ratified as the Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the Deed of Meeting Resolutions Number 26 dated 7 June 2018. He has received approval from the Financial Services Authority for the Fit and Proper Test in accordance with Decree Number KEP-403/NB.11/2015 dated 1 July 2015.

He currently also serves as Independent Commissioner of PT Berlina Tbk, and President Director of PT Graha Power Utama.

He started his career in 1982 as Senior Auditor at Simmons Cohen Fine and Partners, Chartered Accountant, Holborn, London - England.

He completed his education in mechanical engineering from University College London in England with an honorary degree in 1982 and attended Professional Examination I from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in London and Wales England in 1985.
