Starting a banking career in 1997 at The Korea Development Bank (“KDB”) and has held several significant positions, including Branch Manager in Bundang from 2006 to 2007, as a Manager at KDB Asia Limited from 2007 to 2009, as a Senior Manager to the Global Finance Department from 2010 to 2011, as a Team Leader in the Management Support Department from 2011 to 2013, as a Team Leader in the International Banking Department from 2013 to 2014, as a Head of the Legal Department from 2014 – 2016, as a Deputy General Manager of the International Business Department from 2016 – 2019, and as a Team Leader in Finance Department I in 2019 before joining the Company.
Education
Completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University, Korea in 1997 and completed his Postgraduate degree in Master of Business Administration from the same University in 2015.
KIM KYUNG WOO

Ratified as the Director of the Company based on the Deed of Meeting Resolutions Number 90 dated 23 February 2021. He has received approval from the Financial Services Authority for the Fit and Proper Test in accordance with Decree Number KEP-63/NB.11/2021 dated 8 February 2021.

He started his banking career since 2000 at The Korea Development Bank and held several important positions including in 2007 as Manager/Human Resources Department, then in 2011 as Project Manager/Department of Finance Project I, then in 2014 as Regional Expert/ Department of International Business, in 2018 as Head of the Corporate Finance Team, Jongro Branch and most recently in 2020 as Deputy General Manager/Department of International Business, before joining the Company.

He obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University, Korea in 1997.
ESTER GUNAWAN

Ratified as the Director of the Company based on the Deed of Meeting Resolutions Number 190 dated 27 August 2020. She has received approval from the Financial Services Authority for the Fit and Proper Test in accordance with Decree Number KEP-437/BL/2010 dated 1 October 2010.

She started her career in 1986 at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. In 1989 she joined PT Dwi Satrya Utama as Internal Audit and joined the Company since 1990. In the Company, She has served in various important positions, including Finance General Manager until she was appointed as Marketing Director. Currently she serves as the Finance Director of the Company.

She obtained a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting at the University of Indonesia in 1985 and a Masters in Management at the same University in 1988.
INA DASHINTA HAMID

She started his career at PT Garishindo Buana Finance (1991-2000), then joined the Company (2000-2009), then at PT Itochu Auto Finance (2009-2010), PT SMFL Leasing Indonesia (2010-2012) then joining the Company since 2014 with her last position as National Operations Head, before being appointed as the Director of the Company.
Education
She obtained a Bachelor degree majoring in Law at the University of Indonesia in 1990 and a Masters in Notary at the same university in 2010.
