Sharia Supervisory Board

Basis of Appointment

Ratified as the Sharia Supervisory Board of the Company based on the Notarial Deed of Meeting Resolution Number 158 dated 29 April 2025. He has received approval from the Financial Services Authority for the Fit and Proper Test in accordance with Decree Number KEP-75/PL.02/2025 dated 22 April 2025.

Concurrent Positions

He currently also serves as Member of the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (IKNB) Division at the National Sharia Board - Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI), Chairman of the Sharia Economic Law Study Program at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Secretary of Kopertais Region 1 DKI Jakarta & Banten, Sharia Supervisory Board at PT Trihamas Finance Syariah, Sharia Supervisory Board at PT Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance and Sharia Assessor at the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH).

He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors or Shareholders of the Company.

Education

Completed a Bachelor's degree in Mu'amalah from the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic Institute, Jakarta, in 1999. Completed a Master's degree in Sharia from Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in 2003. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Islamic Studies specializing in Sharia Economic Law at the Graduate School of Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta since 2021.
