In line with the commitment of PT KDB Tifa Finance Tbk (“Company”) in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, run the company professionally based on company behavior that is in accordance with the Work Culture and Employee Code of Ethics, especially the cultural value of Integrity.

The Company has Whistleblowing System (WBS), which is means of managing reporting media on alleged violations that occurred in the environment or involving internal parties of the Company so that it becomes an effective media to help uncover incidents of fraud.

The identity of each reporter is guaranteed confidentiality if reporting is carried out according to the specified mechanism.

Types of Complaints that can be Reported

Types of complaints that can be submitted through the Whistleblowing System mechanism include:

• Acts of fraud.
• Acts/practices gratification.
• Significant operational errors related to actions committed accidentally or unwittingly so as to result in financial or non-financial losses for the Company.
• Conflict of interest related to the act of abusing the Company's name, asset facilities or good relations for personal gain of any kind including receipt of money, goods and facilities from certain parties without the permission of the relevant Director and/or contrary to the Company's Policy.
• Violation of the code of conduct applicable in the Company.
• Violation of Company regulations.
• Acts of ethics and moral violations.
• Acts in violation of criminal law and civil law or other laws and regulations.
• Actions that endanger the safety and work environment, endanger the security of the Company, including endangering third-party assets/customers.

All types of complaints are those that are made/involved by the Company's internal parties, namely the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and employees of the Company.

To accelerate the handling process, whistleblowing reports received will be processed if they contain at least the following information:

• Type of violation and chronological.
• The involved parties.
• The scene.
• The time of the incident.
• Availability of evidence of the violations.

Handling of Complaints

The follow-up to the report submitted by the Whistleblower and the handling mechanism is carried out by the Company's Fraud Control Work Unit.

The results of the handling of complaints are submitted by Fraud Control Work Unit to Management which contains conclusions from the results of the handling, as well as recommendations for improving the internal control system which is still considered to have loopholes and also recommendations for imposing sanctions on related officers. The handling of reported cases is intended to strengthen the internal control system, as well as to encourage all parties/employees to avoid activities/transactions that could potentially/affect the Company or could interfere with the implementation of Good Corporate Governance.
