In line with the commitment of PT. KDB Tifa Finance Tbk in the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, run the company professionally based on company behavior that is in accordance with the Work Culture and Employee Code of Ethics, especially the cultural value of Integrity.

PT. KDB Tifa Finance, Tbk has Whistleblowing System (WBS), which is means of managing reporting media on alleged violations that occurred in the environment or involving internal parties of PT KDB Tifa Finance, Tbk so that it becomes an effective media to help uncover incidents of fraud.

The identity of each reporter is guaranteed confidentiality if reporting is carried out according to the specified mechanism.

Types of Complaints That Can Be Reported

Types of complaints that can be submitted through the Whistleblowing System mechanism include:

• Fraud includes theft and corruption
• Violations of laws or company regulations including violations of the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Falsify or hiding financial records and/or non-financial management information
• Gratification, including bribes
• Acts that can cause financial / non-financial losses to the company
• Sexual harassment and other behaviors that violate the company's code of conduct

 All types of complaints are those that are made/involved by the Company's Internal Parties, namely the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and Employees of the company.

Only whistleblowing report which is at least contained the following information will be processed for follow up:

• Reporter's identity (anonymous is allowed)
• Description of the committed violation 
• The place where it happened and time of the incident
• The Reported Party and other parties involved (if any) and their work units
• Data or supporting documents and other evidence (if any)

The handling of complaints

The follow-up to the report submitted by the Whistleblower and the handling mechanism is carried out by the Company's Anti-Fraud Team, in which the Fraud case handling team is chaired by the Internal Audit Head with the composition of members involving the Litigation Head and HR Head.

The results of the handling of complaints are submitted by the Anti-Fraud Team to Management which contains conclusions from the results of the handling, as well as recommendations for improving the internal control system which is still considered to have loopholes and also recommendations for imposing sanctions on related officers. The handling of reported cases is intended to strengthen the internal control system, as well as to encourage all parties/employees to avoid activities/transactions that could potentially/affect the Company or could interfere with the implementation of Good Corporate Governance.
